Peoria Area Senior Citizens Band performs for Graceland Center
An enchanting afternoon performance was enjoyed by all!
Music has a way of bringing memories back to life, and on August 19th, the Peoria Area Senior Citizens Band did just that. Hosted by the Graceland Center for Purposeful Aging at Westminster Community Church, over 35 gifted retired musicians filled the space with vibrant show tune parodies, Big Band rhythms, pop favorites, and patriotic classics. The rich acoustics of the Westminster Community Church added an extra layer of magic to an already unforgettable afternoon. It was a wonderful celebration of talent and community that left us all smiling—and walking just a little lighter.
