We look forward to you joining us Wednesday July 8th for the Community Engagement Forum with The Mama Joe Project. If you have not signed up yet, be sure to do so as we are nearing capacity for this event, which is fantastic! We want to get the word out about support and prevention!

Venue & Parking
AMC Grand Prairie Theater, 5311 West American Prairie Drive, Peoria, IL 61615 has plenty of lighted parking. Be mindful that other movies may be showing during our event, so give yourself ample time.

Check-In
Doors open at 5:00pm, where you can check in and receive your physical ticket, resource guide, and materials from local agencies and organizations. Your ticket also gets you a complimentary popcorn and soft drink from the concessions stand. Please plan to arrive in enough time to find parking, get through check-in, and grab your snack before finding a seat in the auditorium. We advise being on premises by 5:30pm to best ensure a good seat.

Documentary Film & Decorum:

This is a non-formal affair, so feel free to dress as you deem appropriate for a movie and public community event. The film does not have lengthy trailers like a typical motion picture, so we’ll start promptly at 6:05pm.  The film lasts 1 hour, and immediately afterward you will be able to ask questions directly of panelist, including:

·         Jim Reichart, Molina Healthcare

·         Dr. Erin Hasucp, Smith Center for Alzheimer’s Research, SIU School of Medicine

·         Peggy Jacques, Graceland Center for Purposeful Aging

·         Dr. Charlene Aaron, Saint Francis Medical College of Nursing

Moderated by Dr. Herb Caldwell, the film’s producer

We’ll adjourn just shy of 8pm, allowing folks to safely drive home while there is still light out. Your family and friends are welcome to still sign up, the registration link is www.mamajoeproject.com/peoria.
Please be advised this event is likely to have a full house, and we do not save seats, pull tickets, or turn away walk-ups…we highly advise that you plan to arrive between 5:15pm-5:30pm
