Peoria remains the only one of Illinois’s 20 largest cities without a dedicated, publicly funded wellness center for older adults—and the Graceland Center for Purposeful Aging is working to change that. Having recently expanded into the Westminster Community Center on Moss Avenue, Graceland Center is offering more space for meals, art, games, and intergenerational programs.
